The Groggery, a new pirate themed venue, had it's Grand Opening tonight. Owned by Tadhg and Ladyheart Muirin, this venue certainly had the pirate ambiance. Throughout the venue there are skeletons lounging around drinking the rum, and there is even one dancing on poles!
DJ Strummer Skytower took over the stream and played some awesome rock music along with a few pirate songs. I loved hearing all the "pirate" talk in chat. Was a great time!
A good crowd turned up, some wore pirate garb, others not so much. All in all... it was a very good party!
Make sure you explore the sim, it called Port Tollsmear - Pirate Playground. So many neat things to see. Kudos to you, Tad & Lady...what a fine place to visit and explore. Thank you to Quadrapop Tree for the photos shown. You can see more of her photos here.
