~Scarlotland~

  So... my landlady, Any, sent out a group notice today saying she had a sim she was returning but they hadn't took it back yet so if any of us want to go and practice terraforming we could.  I headed over there and played for a little bit.  This was my final design.  I kinda like it!   I left it there..wonder how long it will stay.   :)

Hangin' at the Hanger for Hump Day!

  The Hanger Rock Club is one of my favorite places.  It is owned by Strummer & Kally Skytower.  Tonight was a celebration for Hump Day!  DJ Strummer rocked the house with his mixture of music (mostly rock, but I did hear a country tune in there).  The shows are always entertaining,  whether it be with the music or the conversation.

   Hawk & Angelique are always fun!  And I hear that Angel is now the Champion Boat Racer!  Can't wait to go against her next time!

Lorre loves excellent music!  She requested some great songs!

  Kally handed us a lightning orb and asked us to wear it for the next song.  The next song was AC/DC's Thunderstruck.  What a great picture that made!  

  Chefdad!!   He loved a song soo much that he headbanged his desk!  This truly tells you what a good time these shows are!  Maybe you can join us next time!

   Thank you to Strummer & Kally for hosting a fun event!   I know quite a few people here in InWorldz and they truly know the meaning of FUN!  The host Feel Good Tuesdays which are really, really fun.   This week they had the Boat races.  Last week they had Bumper Car Races...and guess what??   I came in 2nd Place!!  I got a huge trophy and everything!!!    But that will be a post coming soon!!

A Time for Peace

  Looking at this photography, I feel at Peace.  Can you feel the warm breeze?  Hear the wind blowing off the trees?  And Tasting the salt in the air?   Take time to find a place where you are at Peace...and breathe!

Red, Red Wineeee

I know that it is not Thirsty Thursday and that it is only Manic Monday but I am in need of a drink!  I found this cute place that had lots of wine!  The only thing... the 2nd glass was poured but no one else had shown up!!  The place is called The Mission at BocaChica.   

There were candles & flowers around.  An unidentafiable keg was on the table.  I didn't even think to test it out!  Could be wine or perhaps beer for those non-winos!  There looked to be lots of red wine.

As  you can see...I managed to find a few crates so there is plenty to go around!  Just get here fast....I've already consumed a couple bottles!   See the proof on the ground?   *giggles & hic

Elsie Moon

Meet my bestie.... Elsie Moon!

I met Elsie a couple of years ago, in Second Life, while searching for a hunt gift in a store.  The particular store did a marvelous job hiding that prim.  It felt like I was looking for this thing a couple of hours!  While looking for it, I noticed another person wandering aimlessly like myself.  This person being Elsie Moon.  Once I found that gift, I sent Elsie a message offering assistance.  I know how frustrating searching and searching can be.  Little did I know that day my life would be forever changed!

Elsie and I became fast friends.  The love of hunting brought us together.  We would find the good hunts and do them together.  A little while later we became neighbors.  We eventually left that world,  moved to another, then land here in Inworldz,  where we are STILL neighbors!  

Elsie has been here for me many times.  She has heard me cry, and has cheered me up!  She gives good advice, and has been helpful in many aspects of my life.  She is very encouraging, getting me to try things that are new to me.  

Button Moon & Mudd are stores that Elsie has opened.  She is very creative and talented.  She makes adorable things.  Button Moon is a shabby chic store with furniture & decor (outside & inside), along with holiday merchandise.  Mudd is an alternative store.  This features items on the darker side.  You'll have to go visit to understand better.  

Elsie is the bestest friend ever so if you get a chance to meet her, do so!
